What every Terraeswift room includes
All 28 rooms at Terraeswift — spanning standard doubles, superior doubles, and deluxe doubles — share a common principle: the window is the hero. We removed decorative clutter and gave that space to glazing. Every room features juliet balconies that swing open to the sound of the sea, hand-stitched linen in our signature emerald-and-cream palette, and mattresses sourced from a Sevillian workshop. Rainfall showers in Blanco Macael marble, Nespresso machines, and a curated minibar stocked with Andalusian producers round out a stay that never feels generic. Check-in is from 15:00 and a late checkout to 13:00 is complimentary upon availability.

Standard Double
Twenty-two square metres of sea-facing space with a king bed, juliet balcony, marble bathroom, and Nespresso station. Ideal for a weekend visit or a business stay where the view matters as much as the desk.
Superior Double
Twenty-eight square metres on upper floors for a wider Mediterranean panorama. The superior category adds a reading alcove with a linen armchair and an expanded minibar with regional wines and vermouths.
Deluxe Double
Thirty-six square metres on the fifth floor with a full balcony rather than a juliet railing. The deluxe rooms also receive turn-down service, a welcome plate of local charcuterie, and complimentary pressing of two garments.
Practical details you will want to know
Children aged 12 and under sharing a room with adults stay free of charge — a rollaway bed is available on request. Terraeswift is not a pet-friendly property, and we ask guests to note this before booking. Our rooms are not designed for groups larger than two adults plus one child; for family configurations requiring interconnecting rooms, please contact us directly so we can check current layout availability. Accessibility-adapted rooms on the ground floor are available with advance notice. Rates are per night including breakfast at the terrace restaurant.
