For booking enquiries, please include your preferred check-in and check-out dates, the number of guests, and any specific requirements (accessibility, connecting rooms, suite preferences, or event enquiries) so we can respond with accurate availability and pricing on the first reply. Phone calls are answered from 08:00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 23:00 on weekends. If you call outside those hours, please leave a voicemail with a callback number and we will return your call by 10:00 the following morning.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00. A complimentary late checkout to 13:00 is available subject to occupancy — please request this at check-in. Early check-in before 12:00 is possible when the room has been vacated and serviced, and we will always store luggage from the moment you arrive.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Terraeswift does not have an on-site car park. The nearest public car park is Parking El Corte Inglés on Avenida de Andalucía, a seven-minute walk from the hotel. Our concierge can advise on current daily rates and reserve a space on your behalf for the duration of your stay.
Do all rooms genuinely have sea views?
Yes — without exception. The hotel was designed so that every guest room and suite faces the Mediterranean. Rooms on lower floors see the bay through the urban roofline; rooms on the fourth floor and above have an unobstructed horizon. We note the floor level in every room description so you can choose the view that suits you.
Can I book experiences before I arrive?
Yes, and we encourage it for high-season visits (July through September) when the sailing charter and flamenco evenings fill quickly. Send your preferred dates and experience choices to info@terraeswift.info and our concierge team will confirm availability and hold a slot with a small deposit.
